01 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between kirkirya ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("member", "user"). kirkirya is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license, built specifically with users in Bangladesh in mind.
Kirkirya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, we will post a notice on the site and notify you at your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- While these terms are drafted in Bengali, the English version shall take legal precedence.
- Kirkirya's services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- In addition to these Terms, kirkirya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.
02 Account Registration
To register as a member on kirkirya, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time, and any balance may be forfeited.

- Full Name (as per National ID or Passport)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Active email address
- Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
- Payment method details (Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank account)
Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
After registration, kirkirya will send a verification email. Without email verification, your account will have limited access and withdrawals will not be available. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
03 Age Verification & KYC Process
As a responsible gaming platform, kirkirya takes strict measures to prevent underage participation. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or place bets on kirkirya.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Your account will remain active during this period, but withdrawals may be temporarily on hold.
04 Deposit & Payment Policy
Kirkirya supports all major mobile banking services and bank transfers in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically instant or credited to your account within 15 minutes.

- Maximum single deposit: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT)
- Daily maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT)

Important: Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
Kirkirya does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are the member's responsibility. If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned within 3 business days.
05 Withdrawal Policy
Kirkirya wants you to receive your winnings as quickly as possible, which is why we work to ensure the fastest withdrawal process we can. That said, withdrawals may be delayed if certain conditions have not been met.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. kirkirya does not charge any fees on withdrawals.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Kirkirya regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.
General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is available once only, at the time of your first deposit.
- Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x).
- Bets placed with bonus balance must be at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
- If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
- The maximum withdrawal limit from bonuses is specified separately for each offer.
Kirkirya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the associated account's bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
07 Betting Rules
Participating in Sports Betting and casino games on kirkirya requires adherence to certain rules. These rules apply equally to all members.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Kirkirya reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Odds may change while you are deciding on a live bet — the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final.
- Kirkirya is not liable for any bets lost due to system or network issues.
- Betting limits are set individually for each market and may change at any time.

08 Prohibited Activities
Kirkirya is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:
- Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets using insider knowledge about the outcome of a match or event.
- Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through kirkirya.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with another person.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematic attempts to exploit odds differences for risk-free profit.
- Fraud: Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information.
If any such activity is detected, kirkirya will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
09 Account Suspension & Closure
Kirkirya may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these terms.
- If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
- In cases of suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
- For security purposes or as required by a regulatory authority.
Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded via the standard payment method, subject to applicable conditions.
10 Responsible Gaming
Kirkirya believes gaming should be a source of fun — not problems. That's why we make responsible gaming our top priority and provide members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.
- Set a Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limits: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can bet within a given time period.
- Take a Break: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gambling has become a long-term concern, consider permanent self-exclusion.
